At Flattered, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unworn condition and placed inside the original branded packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
